    The Us Government Custom’s Agency requires a Social Security Number or NON US Citizen Import Number CBP Customs Border Protection Assigned Number. The process to obtain a CBP assigned import number generally takes 10 business days.

    SHIPMENTS THAT DO NOT CLEAR CUSTOM’S SUCCESSFULLY IN THE CLIENT’S HOME COUNTY DUE TO THE NON-COMPIANCE OF IMPORT REGULATIONS RISK BEING RETURNED TO ITALY AT THE CLIENT’S EXPENSE. ALL RE-IMPORT FCEES ASSESSED TO PACKAGES RETURNING TO ITALY AND THE COST OF THE RETURN SHIPMENT WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ANY EVENTUAL REIMBURSEMENT.

  • Shipping Insurance
    Espejtoflorence.com shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage at no additional cost to the Client. Once the shipment reaches the destination, the goods are no longer insured.


    Exotic Pelt
    Shipments from Espejto.it that contain an item made from an exotic pelt destined outside of the European Union by law require an extra document called C.I.T.E.S. (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Flora and Fauna).
    This document acts as a passport for the item and explains that the item comes from an animal bred specifically for commerce and not taken from the wild . For more information please see: www.cites.org.
    The documents are issued from the Fishing Wildlife and Game Custom’s Office and take 14 days to be processed.
    To obtain the documents, CITES requires the fiscal invoice and thus the Client’s Credit Card WILL BE DEBITED BEFORE SHIPMENT.

    Return Policy


    IMPORTANT

    The unused items can be returned within 5  days  - After 5  days the items can't be returned.

    Return for refund : all shipping costs are due to the customers  .We refund only the price of the items without the cost of  deliveries 

    Returns must be made within 24 h after recieving our authorization number ( RAN)- after 24h items can't be returned

    The cost of deliveries is not refundable

    FOR EXTRA EU CUSTOMERS : - ALL THE ITALIAN FEES FOR RESTOCKING ITEMS MUST BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER - Italian fees will be deducted from the total of the original order- 

    FREE SHIPPING PERIOD :   the costs of deliveries and restocking will not be refunded - the cost will be deducted from the refund

    RETURNS FOR EXCHANGES : FREE   (not vaild during sales period - during sales  all the Italian  fees and shipping cost for restocking items  must be paid by the customers)

  • EXTRA SALE (items over 50% discounted ) : Extra sale items will be shipped on DDU 

  • We don 't refund import fees paid to deliver the order to your Country for orders shipped on DDP ( delivery duties paid) and they will be deducted from refund

  • Comunication of return must be made to info@espejtoflorence.com  within 24h from recieving the order. After 24h order can 't be returned.

  • EASY RETURNS :  ENJOY THE "EASY RETURNS" SERVICE using our FEDEX or UPS label 

  • IMPORTANT : REFUNDS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT THE RETURNED ORDER -(extra EU customers after Fedex , UPS billing invoice )

  • Please note that refunds can take up to 30 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers

  • Damaged items can't be rurned. Items in damagedoriginal boxes can't be returned. Items without original labels can't be rururned. Items with original labels removed or broked can't be returned.All comunications about damaged items should be sent to info@espejtoflorence.com immediately after recieving them .Without immediately comunications items can't be returned


    All authorized returned merchandise is subject to re-entry inspection which is at the sole discretion of Espejto  and must meet all the requirements listed under the Return Policy. espejtoflorence.com  reserves the right to assess re-stocking fees depending on the state of the returned merchandise.
    In the authorized returned item(s) passes re-entry inspection, the Client will receive a confirmation of the return from info@espejtoflorence.com
    If the Client requests a Size Change of New Item the exchange item will be sent to the Client free of charge.
    In the Client requests a refund, the refund less the original shipping charges (and any re-stocking fees), will appear on the Client’s Credit Card statement within two billing cycles. The billing cycles may differ from Credit Card to Credit Card.

    If the package is not successfully delivered to the Client’s address as per the Espejto  commercial agreement, the package may risk being sent back to Italy at the Client’s espense including any import fees that may be assessed upon re-entry to Italy. These fees will be deducted from any eventual reimbursement.

    The mission of Espejto  is to offer a service exclusively for its own Clients.
    The products on sale on the web site Espejtoflorence.com are destined to the Final Customer. By “Final Costumer” , Espejto intends person or persons who do not operate their own entrepreneurial nor professional activity that may include but not be limited to the resale of merchandise purchased at Espejto.it.
    Therefore, Espejto  invites Users who not be considered a “Final Customer” to refrain both from attempting to establish business relations with Espejto.it nor to use accounts of third parties to forward purchase orders relative to the merchandise on sale.
    In regard the commercial policy described above, Espejto  reserves the right to not process orders from persons that are not the Final Customer and any other orders that are not in conformity with the said commercial policies

    When clients place orders on line Credit Card details to a protected online banking system provided by Banca Sella which accepts Visa , MasterCard.
    American Express, Maestro . Credit Cards will be debited in Euro

    Espejto Client’s are guaranteed maximum Credit Card security because all transactions are processed by Banca Sella .
    CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS WILL NOT ASK FOR NOR ACCEPT CREDIT CARD NUMBERS AND/OR EXPIRATION DATES.
    Espejto recommends Clients to apply for e-commerce security PIN CODES provided by Verified by Visa and SecureCode by MasterCard.

    Credit Card Authorization
    If there are sufficient funds and the account is valid, the order is authorized by Banca Sella and the transaction is assigned an Order Number.
    The Credit Card is NOT debited and funds are only authorized toward an Espejto  order.
    New Customers
    Espejt  will ask Banca Sella to contact the Client’s bank for approval of the charges. This verification process will delay immediate shipping.
    Espejto also reserves the right to ship the order only to the Billing Address.


    Bank Wire Transfer
    Espejto  accepts Bank Wire Transfer as a method of payment .
    Contact info@espejtoflorence.com with a written request specifying the right item/s code/s . Upon receipt the request, Customer Service will send Espejto bank information. Items will only be set aside after receiving a scan or fax of the bank transaction within 48 hours . Merchandise will be shipped once the funds have reached Espejto.it ‘s bank account .
    If the scan of fax of the bank transaction is not received within 48 hours of the request, the order will be cancelled.

    Paypal
    Espejto welcomes payments only from Verified PayPal Accounts. New Clients can pay with a Verified Paypal Account for immediate shipping Espejto will only ship to the Verified Paypal Account Address.
    First-Time Client: New Clients can pay with a Verified Paypal Account for immediate shipping . Espejto  will only ship to the Verified Paypal Account Address.
    Return Policy
    The SECURITY TAG must not be removed or cut in any way, and the item must not show signs of use or wear.
    Contact info@espejtoflorence.com with a written request to return the item(s) within 7 days from the delivery date. The written request must include the item Code Number (s) of the item (s) to be returned and the compensation for the return : refund, size exchange, or item exchange.
    Once the written request is received, you will receive written confirmation including the return authorization code number and the concerning Instructions. Please write this return authorization code number on the external box tag.
    Returned item(s) must be in the same condition in which it was originally send and packaged in an orderly fashion.
    Espejto  must receive at the indicated address the returned unused item(s) within 7 days of written authorization from info@espejtoflorence.com
    YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING THE RETURN AND ANY EVENTUAL IMPORT FEES.
    In the case of defective merchandise, or an error on the part of Espejto.it you must follow the instructions above. Espejto.it reserves the right to request photographic support for returns regarding defective merchandise before authorizing the return.
    Espejto  reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.
    Espejto  will NOT accept any items that have been worn, washed or altered for any reason.
    Espejto  reserves the right to request photographic support for all claims.
    Espejto  reserves the right to INSPECT returned merchandise and assess re-stocking fees depending on the state of the returned merchandise.

    Customres view placed orders into the personal account
